Koboko Municipality is implementing the Comprehensive Refugee Response Framework – CRRF: Inclusive Urban Development and Mobility to enhance inclusion and participation of refugees, and displaced persons in economic and social lives and improved livelihoods and greater access to quality basic social services (education and health) for refugees and host population in Koboko Municipality .
