Slaiman

Gary Slaiman is the principal member of Slaiman LLC and consultant to the international law firm of Morgan Lewis & Bockius where he previously was head of the firm’s Government Relations practice group. Gary previously served as chief counsel and staff director for the US Senate Labor and Human Resources Subcommittee on Labor. Prior to taking over the Labor Subcommittee, Gary was counsel to the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Antitrust where he managed domestic and international antitrust matters. Additionally, he handled the subcommittee’s investigations and legislative initiatives in the areas of insurance and reinsurance regulation, tort reform, immigration policy, corporate governance and criminal law, and various intellectual property matters.

Gary chairs a committee of the GFMD Business Mechanism and is a member of executive committee of the Business Advisory Group.

Gary also serves as Corporate Outreach advisor to Talent Beyond Boundaries, a global startup that connects the private sector to a new talent pool: those displaced by crisis.  This new model transforms immigration systems, creating a market driven solution for the displaced by facilitating their access to economic visas.
