Febrian Alphyanto Ruddyard is the Deputy Minister for Multilateral Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia since September 2018. He has been serving the Ministry for 29 years with distinguished achievements.
During his diplomatic career, he served in Indonesian Missions in Riyadh, Canberra, New York, and Vienna. He was Deputy Chief of Mission at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Vienna, Austria (2015-2017). Before leaving for Vienna, He served as Director for International Security and Disarmament Affairs (2010-2013) and Director for Middle East Affairs (2013-2014).
He earned Bachelor Degree in International Relations from Padjajaran University, Bandung, Indonesia, and Master Degree in Diplomacy from University of Birmingham, United Kingdom
