Summary: 

The goals of this scheme are the following: to develop the operational framework and logistical roadmap for the pilot circular migration scheme between Ukraine and Portugal; to test the effectiveness of the established operational framework/logistical roadmap for the pilot through selection of migrant workers and delivering pre-departure and post-arrival trainings; to facilitate the return and effective reinsertion of 50 Ukrainian temporary migrants into the local labour market, through provision of vocational trainings, and; to test the effectiveness of incentives package for circularity through comparative analysis, monitoring and evaluation of the pilot projects.
