Summary:

The Guide to Gender-Sensitive Indicators (and the Project-Level Handbook) are the final products of a 14-month research project completed with the Division for Women in Development and Gender Equity in CIDA's Policy Branch. This Guide explains why gender-sensitive indicators are useful tools for measuring the
results of CIDA's development initiatives. It concentrates in particular on projects with an end-user focus, and shows how gender-sensitive indicators can and should be used in both gender integrated and WID-specific projects, and in combination with other evaluation techniques.
