Summary: 

Morocco pays particular attention to Moroccans living abroad (MRE), and is making major efforts to strengthen ties with its diaspora. In this context, the Moroccan government has implemented a comprehensive and integrated policy in their favor, described in the "National Strategy for Moroccans Residing Abroad". Several articles of the Constitution highlight Morocco's commitment to protecting the rights and interests of Moroccans living abroad, and reaffirm the country's desire to maintain and develop ties with the Kingdom, and to strengthen their contribution to Morocco's development.
Belgium and Morocco have consequently strengthened their cooperation and collaboration on this issue, both to enable Morocco to benefit from Belgium's experience as a country of immigration, and to promote the development of the Moroccan economy. as a country of immigration, as well as to mobilize the skills skills of Moroccans living in Belgium.

The project aims to mobilize the skills of Moroccans of Moroccans living in Belgium by supporting productive investments to contribute to the Kingdom's development of the Kingdom.
