The Brazilian Service to Micro and Small and Enterprises (SEBRAE) is a non-profit private entity. It is an agent of capacity building and promotion of development created to support the small business in the country. It works since 1972 to stimulate entrepreneurship and enable the competitiveness and sustainability of the micro and small initiatives.

It also encourages workers in Brazil to attain professional qualifications.
